The software has three (3) login portals, for Resident, Caretaker and the Administrator.:
The Resident login restricts the resident to information about his or her apartment
The Caretaker login restricts the Landlord or his agent to information pertaining to all his or her properties.
The Admin login is for the managers of the Estate as dictated by the access privilege assigned.
Relevant reports about Debtors, Creditors and many more financial reports are available for informed decision making.
